In North Central Florida, humidity, sand and spills destroy floors long before foot traffic does. That reorders the spec. Wood species and finish sheen come second. What comes first is the core of the plank, and whether it can sit in a humid house and take a spill without swelling at the seams.

So we do not treat every room the same. Baths, laundries and kitchens see standing water. Bedrooms do not. Tile and waterproof rigid core belong in the wet rooms. Hardwood, solid or engineered, still earns its place where you want real wood underfoot, and we install both. If the room argues against the material you picked, we say so before the estimate rather than after the install.

We supply and install CPF Floors, a Florida company with a Miami headquarters and a Lakeland warehouse serving the state. The range covers waterproof rigid core vinyl, ultra mineral core, and waterproof laminate. Wear layers run up to 22 mil. Laminate lines carry AC5 and AC6 abrasion ratings. Traffic classes are rated heavy residential and heavy commercial, the same construction we put into commercial interiors.

Installation is angle-angle click locking, with no glue and no nails, so the planks lock to each other rather than being fixed down. CPF also makes matched stair treads, moldings and baseboards, which means the trim and transitions come out of the same product line as the floor. Lines we work with include Alpha22, Bold and Deco54 in rigid core, Silicore in ultra mineral core, Evolve and Supreme in waterproof laminate, and Luxora in porcelain.

We supply the flooring and we install it with our own crews. That is one contract, one invoice, and one company warranting both the material and the workmanship. The usual alternative splits the job across a flooring supplier, an installer and a painter, which means separate invoices and separate parties pointing at each other when a seam lifts.

For tile we work in porcelain, ceramic and mosaic. For wood we install solid and engineered hardwood. We also supply from Floor & Decor, whose warehouse-scale range is in stock and open to the public, so you can see a full pallet of a tile instead of a single sample chip. Bring the item number back to us and we price the material and the installation together.

Our process runs five steps. You tell us about the project and we advise on design. You receive an estimate covering materials and labor. You get approved for financing if you want it. We supply the materials and schedule the installation. Then you use the room. Nothing in that sequence hands you off to a second company.
